Though some have changed
Some forever, not for better
Some have gone and some remain.
All these places have their moments
Of lovers and friends I still can recall
Some are dead and some are living
In my life I loved them all.
Beatles - There Are Places I Remember
The whisperings of the sand as it flew past our window. The chattering of the class next door and a compelling yet concerned voice over them. Memories come flooding back to me. Memories of an Age..an Age forgotten.
The grounds on which we romped. The campus on which we dreamed. Times when the slighest tremor seemed like an earthquake. When crucial decisions included choices between red & blue hairbands. An Age it was. Not the Age of innocence, but an Age nevertheless. An Age spent in its rightful place. Our Alma Mater.
